From downtown Fitchburg: Head northwest on Main Street (Route 2A West). At the rotary, take the first exit onto River Street (Route 2A West). Turn left at Oak Hill Road. When you come to the large brick mill building, look for the signs for Anwelt Heritage Apartments.

From the east: Take Route 2W past Exit 30. After the blinking lights at Mt. Elam Road, continue straight for almost a mile, then take the first right onto Oak Hill Road. Follow Oak Hill Road for two miles down the hill until you come to a large brick mill building. Turn right into the parking lot and look for signs for Anwelt Heritage Apartments.

From the south: Take Route 12N, and merge onto I-190N via the ramp to Fitchburg. Take exit 8A to merge onto Route 2W towards Fitchburg. Take Route 2W past Exit 30. After the blinking lights at Mt. Elam Road, continue straight for almost a mile, then take the first right onto Oak Hill Road. Follow Oak Hill Road for two miles down the hill until you come to a large brick mill building. Turn right into the parking lot and look for signs for Anwelt Heritage Apartments.

By commuter rail: Take the Fitchburg/South Acton line outbound. The train station is less than 2 miles from the MassInnovation Center.
